and get threatened with a lawsuit.

Some guy asked on the openmosix mailing list for information on the load balancing algorithm. Since the algorithm was still identical to the MOSIX algorithm last time I looked (99% of openmosix is pure unchanged MOSIX code), I pointed him, in private, the MOSIX documentation. Then he replied on list (shooting offense, IMNSHO), leading to this gem from the one and only Dr. Foo[0]:

This guy Juli Ben-Yehuda is not an oficial voice within openMosix. He
ha so far only taken the voice of the one who slanders and critizes
without grounds and points people to the wrong direction. A team ot
top-lawyers are waching and documentiong his wrong moves like this one
and he and his friends will be prosecuted in court soon.
